Amory Catering is a full service catering company, specializing in corporate and social events. We service the greater Sydney area.
Established in 1932, we provide both corporate catering and private catering throughout Sydney.
Amory Catering can provide services from an elegant cocktail party for a product launch or wedding or a formal dinner for an awards night or fundraising event.
Some of our more memorable events have been our island catering events on all three of Sydney Harbour national park islands, Rodd Island, Shark Island and Clark Island.
Our team of event planners, chefs and event production coordinators take care of all of the catering, theme and logistic requirements for the event.
Our extensive client list includes corporate, government and Sydney's local councils, who rely on Amory's catering service for cocktail parties, civic receptions and gala events.
In 1995, Amory catering was granted a Caterers Liquor Licence (No. 24005338). This licence allows Amory to serve alcohol at any venue within NSW. As part of the licence, all service staff must have a responsible service of alcohol (RSA) certificate. This licence allows Amory to provide beverage as part of our catering service. We can provide beverage on a consumption basis or as part of a package. Should a client wish to provide their own beverage we are happy to provide equipment and logistic support and integrate the drink service into the food service.
Gold Licence – Restaurant & Catering Association Following the launch in 1994, Amory Catering was one of the first caterers to be granted an R&CA Gold Licence (No. 006).
The requirements for the Gold Licence include a commercial kitchen inspected and passed by the local government authority. Key staff with at least five years experience in the hospitality industry and current workers compensation and public liability insurance.
We provide catering service all over the Sydney area incluing private catering to Warringah, Pittwater, Manly, Mosman & Cremorne, Castle Hill & The Hills Shire, Crows Nest, Roseville, Lindfield, Chatswood and the North Shore & Eastern Suburbs. We provide corporate catering to areas including North Sydney, North Ryde & Macquarie Park, Parramatta, Bondi and Sydney CBD.
Other services we provide include glassware & equipment hire, including marquee, tables, chairs, table linen and chair covers and decorations & theming.
We provide contract catering to many corporate catering clients in Sydney. This style of catering can include a boardroom lunch catering or lunch box catering. We also provide corporate canteen style catering. Many progressive companies are offering corporate lunch catering in Sydney. This involves providing both breakfast catering and lunch catering for their staff on a daily basis.
